2.1: Decay Data
Electron Capture and Beta-plus Decay

I noticed that no beta-plus decays are recorded, but the nuclides in question listed as electron capture. For example: C10, N13, O14, Ne18 and many others. The results of their decays is of course the same, but the original authors obviously did detect annihilation radiation which would not occur with EC.How do you explain this strange situation?

As you know almost all positron decay corresponds electron capture.
So, you have to look at decay scheme by clicking "EC".
It is difficult problem to specify the positron decay at the summary page of nuclide. Since, I am using NUDAT data base table serviced by BNL/NNDC of USA.
