It is Tc99m.  It is used in nuclear medicine.
The T1/2 is 6 hours and the energy is 140keV.  It's parent is Mo99 and it decays to stable.
These numbers are rounded, as I do not have the exact half life.  I think it is really 6.04 hours.

You may find from the page for Tc-99 about the Meta state at 0.143 MeV.
  The Half life is 6.01 hours, Gamma energy = 140.511 keV.
Possible parent is Mo-99 with half life 65.94 hours.
