Eighth Announcement: April 1, 2010 (We need Your Preference, Hyatt Regency Jeju has been added)-We need Your Preference We are currently organizing the Welcoming Reception, Excursion (hiking and boat cruising), and Conference Dinner so we would like to ask you a few simple questions to estimate how many of our colleagues and guests will be joining us in these events. You can view these questions by logging in to http://www.nd2010.org, then click on 5. My Preference under My Page menu. Your answers will help us immensely in our event planning efforts. It is particularly important for us to know the number of you choosing the second option of the Excursion ( boat cruise around the peak) as we must arrange a boat well in advance. Please send us your answers by Monday, April 13, 2010 and thank you. -Hyatt Regency Jeju is added We are pleased to inform you that the Hyatt Regency Jeju has now been added to our ND 2010 guest hotel list under "Venue and Accommodation". You will see from the hotel information that it is only about 500m away from the Conference location. (location on the google map) Reservation form is available for download if you wish to stay at this hotel during the Conference. Please send your completed reservation form directly to the Hyatt Regency Jeju by e-mail or FAX. We would like to kindly remind you that the hotel reservation cut-off date is Wednesday, April 21, 2010 and recommend that you make your reservation early to ensure availability of the rooms..
